We believe in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from us. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply send us the bottle along with your receipt and we’ll arrange a refund for you. Please note limitations below:
- Skytree Naturals can only accept returns purchased directly from the Skytree Naturals website
- Refunds will be made ONLY to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund requests will only be considered if the supplement is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging OR if accompanied by a note outlining the reason for return.
- A restocking fee of $6.00 will be charged for all returned items. This fee will be deducted from the total credit being issued.
- Purchaser is responsible for procuring shipment and for product arriving safely at Skytree Naturals facilities.
- All products must be returned within 21 days of delivery
