Hormonal Balance Symptom Checker for Women

Getting Started

There are a multitude of hormones in the human body, each one working in concert with the others. And each one with the potential of triggering unpleasant symptoms. Symptoms which can, in turn, cause stress. Add in a toxic world to the daily traumas, nutrient deficiencies, and the stresses that occur within and without the body, and you could be looking at a system-wide breakdown.
But the first step is finding out whether those unpleasant symptoms you’re experiencing are truly due to a hormonal imbalance. And if so, which hormone (or hormones) is the culprit.
Read the instructions carefully and, when you’re finished, check out the Answer Section at the end.

Remember, it’s your body. Make it the best it can be.

Instructions:
1. Carefully read through the list of symptoms in each section (either women or men) and put a check mark beside each one that pertains to you (it’s okay if you check off the same symptom in more than one section)
2. Count the check marks you have in each section. If you have checked off two or more symptoms in that section, it is very likely that you have that particular hormonal imbalance; the more symptoms you check off, the higher the likelihood.
3. When you’ve finished, go to the Women’s or Men’s Answer Section to find out what hormones could be responsible for your check-marked symptoms. (note: it is possible to have more than one type of hormonal imbalance so don’t be surprised at your results)
